During the PRE-CONSTRUCTION Phase, we:
- Advise on cost-effective contract packages for procurement and
- Prepare and Review a preliminary project time schedule indicating
- Review the impact of any pre-construction changes to design and planning and propose time-saving alternatives.
- Work with you to develop an overall project budgets based on agreed upon project requirements.
- Develop preliminary budgets & cost estimates for the various packages.
- Refine the cost estimates as the design develops.
- Source and develop cost-effective alternatives and solutions reflecting agreed quality of detail & materials.
- Cross check accuracy of suppliers quotations.
- Review quotations from nominated sub-contractors.
- Submit final budgets for approval prior to construction
